At Balkan Campers, we’re thrilled to support an incredible and truly crazy Slovenian, Andrej Težak "Tešky", in his inspiring project, Standupmaratonec 2018! This amazing initiative, running from May 15th to June 16th, is all about raising funds for children from families who need it the most. After all, every child deserves the opportunity to experience something as simple and joyful as a trip to the seaside! So, what do you say? Let’s make it happen!

Tešky’s Incredible Journey

To raise money and awareness for this important cause, Tešky is setting out on an extraordinary challenge: climbing 33 hills and mountains in a row—every single day—while delivering a stand-up comedy performance on top of each peak! Yes, you read that right—33! Tešky’s enthusiasm for helping children is only matched by his incredible sense of humor and his determination to turn this journey into something both physically demanding and laugh-out-loud funny.

And how will he do it? Well, Tešky will be traveling in our Balkan camper van Jerry—his trusty companion throughout this epic adventure. He’ll be driving, cooking, and even sleeping in Jerry as he navigates his way through Slovenia’s beautiful hills and mountains, spreading laughter along the way.
