Daily Mileage Limit and Highway Usage

Dear Road Trippers!

Curious about how far you can go with our camper vans and which models are highway-ready? You’re in the right place! This guide will walk you through each model in our fleet so you can plan the perfect journey.

We currently have 31 vans ready for adventures, with three more joining us soon. Our fleet includes a mix of iconic models: VW T3, T4, T5, T6, VW Touran, VW Tiguan, and the legendary Nissan Datsun. Each of these vehicles has its own unique charm, as well as specific guidelines for mileage and highway travel.

VW T3 Campervan Models

Boka, Kozmo, Redzo, Plavi, Vanč, Jaro, Alma, Bela, Roza and Nissan Datsun - Bonsai

Our VW T3 models are the most charismatic in the fleet! These vans are ideal for scenic drives along regional roads where the speed limit is around 90 km/h. Since their top speed is about 100 km/h, taking these routes won’t cost you much extra time, and you’ll get to enjoy much more of the beautiful landscape.

These vintage vans are over 30 years old, so they need some extra love and care. To ensure they stay in top shape, we have a daily mileage limit of 150 km.

VW T4 Campervan Models

Triglav, Jerry, Mate, Bor, Špik, Viki, Slavko, Vilko, Dino, Simon, Pipi, Katina, Učka, Vuga

Next up, our VW T4 models! These vans are slightly newer and faster, allowing for a daily limit of 300 km. They have a top speed of around 120 km/h, so highways are an option, although we still recommend the scenic routes for the best road-tripping experience.

*The exception are our VW T4 Una and VW T4 Vrbas which has daily mileage limit of 500km.

VW T5 Campervan Models

Bibita, Lepa, Jadran, Sipa, Ksenija, Una (VW T4), Vrbas (VW T4)

The modern members of our camper van family are our VW T5 models. With a recommended daily mileage limit of 500 km, these vans are perfect for longer hauls. If you need to go beyond this limit for a day, just let us know in advance, and we’ll see if we can make an exception.

Storžič, Tara, Drina

The rest of our camper van models are VW T6 Storžič, VW Tiguan Drina and VW Touran Tara. Mileage limit with these vans is 350 km per day. You can use the highway normally with all three models.
