Safety deposit depends on the type of insurance you have choosen in the booking process.
In the case of Basic insurance safety deposit is 500 €.
In the case of Extra insurance (9,5 €/day) safety deposit is 300 €.
In the case of No worries insurance (19,5 €/day) safety deposit is 100 €.
We will make an authorization from your credit or debit card at camper van pick up. Besides credit card, payment can be made also in cash or wire transfer.
We will return the deposit back to you in 14 days - three weeks after camper van drop off. If you chose basic insurance we will use safety deposit to cover the damage on the camper van in case of renters responsibility. If the costs will be higher than 500 € renter will cover that too.
In case of No worries insurance we will use safety deposit to cover costs up to 300 € in case of renters responsibility. If the costs will be higher than 300 € our company will cover it.
