Weekend road trip idea!

Until the high season (24.6. till 30.9.) we are offering weekend camper van hire for Slovenia and Croatia (Friday - Sunday). 

Our suggestion is to pick up the camper van as early as possible in Ljubljana, because we don't complicate about pick up and return hours.
After short introduction about the van you start your journey on regional road from Ljubljana towards the sea side. On the way you will pass some of the mail Slovenia attractions like Postojna Cave, Škocijanske Jame and the source of river Ljubljanica.

After few hours you will arrive at the Slovenian coast, where we suggest you to have a coffee and a walk over Sečovljske saline to check the antient salt production and diversity of its wildlife.
After Saline you will continue the way through romantic Istrian villages and towns, where you will also enter into Croatia. 
After very nice scenery road you will reach your first sleeping desrtination. A camp in one of Adriatic most beautiful destinations - roman city of Rovinj.

We suggest you to park the camper van in quiet part, close to the sea, but please not in it ;).
After beautiful Rovinj we suggest you to visit towns of Bale Vale and Vodnjan on the way to antient city of Pula. Pula is great, it has amfiteater and many othe Roman remaining.
After experiencing Pula we suggest you to pick one of the camp sites in small town of Premantura which lies on amazing location close to Kamenjak peninsula - one of the best natural parks in Istria. After spending a night in camper van we suggest you to rent a bike and make a morning bike trip to explore the Kamenjak peninsula.



On the way back to Ljubljana there are many amazing small old Istria towns to visit. For sure you shouldn't skip Motovun, Grožnjan, Buzet..and more.
In the evening you will return to Ljubljana completely relaxed and happy. We will wait for you with the coffee or beer to pick up the van.
